Appetizers

Stuffed Mushrooms:  5 Great mushrooms grilled and stuffed with cream cheese, chives, Swiss cheese, and sour cream topped with melted Mozzarella cheese.

Shrimp Dejonge:  Four U-10 shrimp sautéed in garlic with herbs and spices & wine. Served with Bella Mia’s Dejonge butter sauce.-$13.95

Large Shrimp Cocktail:  U-10 shrimp boiled and chilled.  Served with cocktail sauce and garnished with a lemon wedge and cocktail fork.-$11.95

Baked Clams:  6  littleneck clams stuffed with Italian seasoned bread crumbs, butter, garlic, and paprika and baked in a butter sauce-$8.95

Fresh Clams:  6 littleneck clams Served cold with our homemade Bella Mia sauce.-$7.95

Grilled Calamari:  large portion of calamari.  Tossed with olive oil & herbs in balsamic vinaigrette.  Served with lemon wedges-$11.95

Fried Calamari: large portion of calamari.  Deep fried until crispy.  Served with lemon wedges, marinara sauce, and cocktail sauce.

Steamed Black Mussels:  Sautéed with olive oil, garlic, & Italian seasonings.  Then topped with a red or white sauce.-$13.95

Bruschetta:  Toasted Filone bread with diced plum tomatoes that have been marinated in extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, & kosher salt.  Topped with shaved Ricotta cheese.  Presentation:  Tomato mixture in center of plate served under the Filone bread topped with the cheese.-$6.95

Stuffed Rolled Eggplant:   Perfectly sliced Eggplant and stuffed with Regata Cheese.-$6.95

Sautéed Peppers:  sautéed seasonal peppers with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, & Italian herbs.-when available

Italian Sausage & Peppers: 8-10 pieces of cut up homemade Italian sausage served with marinated roasted peppers (olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning). -$10.95

Grilled Octopus:  Cleaned and cut freshly prepared with vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper.  Then dressed to perfection with our homemade balsamic vinaigrette. -$14.95

 

 

 

Soups and Salads

We will always carry two different soups.  Every single day that we are open, we will be carrying Escarole.  The other soup will be on a daily rotation.  $3.95 a cup

Escarole:  Chicken stock base with fresh Italian lettuce, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, Italian herbs and all simmered together.

House Salad:  Mixed greens with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, garbanzo beans, green bean tops and a choice of dressing. 

Caesar Salad:  Romaine lettuce tossed in our Caesar dressing with homemade croutons, parmesan cheese and garnished with 2 pieces of anchovies.  Chicken and shrimp are available an additional charge.-$8.95

Caprese Salad: SLICES of beefsteak tomato, red onion and buffalo mozzarella.  Served with Balsamic Vinaigrette.-$6.95

Green Bean Salad:  Trimmed and washed green beans, minced cloves of garlic, salt, red wine vinegar, olive oil and fresh ground pepper.-$6.95

Broccoli Salad: Equal cut broccoli with mashed garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, pepper flakes, salt and pepper.-$6.95

Chicken Entrees:

Chicken Parmigiana:  2-Boneless breast meat chicken lightly breaded and sautéed.  Topped with meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. -$15.95

Chicken Bella Mia:  2-Boneless breasts of chicken lightly breaded & uniquely spiced.  Topped with Bella Mia’s Special Caesar Sauce Served over Capellini pasta.

Steaks and Chops

Bella Mia Specializes in the finest Italian Cuisine and PRIME GRADE beef.

20 oz. Porterhouse Steak).  The Bone-In has the same amount of usable protein (meat) as the 12 oz. New York that we carry.  The selling point for you is to educate the guest on the flavor profile of a steak that is on the bone.   -$27.95

162 oz. New York Sirloin. Served off of the bone and is from the tenderloin portion of the cattle.  Peppercorn dressed is available and covered with our own special sauce. $27.95

10 oz. Filet.  There are anywhere from 3 – 5 prime,  filets available from a cow.  We use 2 of them.  Reason being, we only use center cut steaks.  We use the 2 premiere cuts to maintain a consistent product in our restaurant.  -$30.95

2- 12oz that equal 24 oz. Bone in Center cut Pork Chops.  Cooked Vesuvio style or Grilled -$18.95
